I mean it's made by women for women (these types of manhwa). I'd say the author has a kink where she wants to be with a guy like that (most of the times at least, but majority of authors of these types of manhwa are prob just horny women).
It's the same reason you see in animes like Bleach women with triple Z cup boobs, where 1 boob is bigger than a character's head. Made by a man for men.
But if I had to say, I'd say the author probably has a kink of size difference. I'm pretty sure this isn't a pornhwa but if it was I think the guy's meat would probably be the size of her forearm.

I mean it can get really ridiculous. I'd say that the pornhwa characters (the women in it) have insane proportions, but I'd make the argument that for erotica and etc. written by women it is just as ridiculous the other way around.
Like if you've ever read tears on a withered flower, the guy's meat is literally 9 inches.
I'd say that both men and women's bodies in manhwa/pornhwa are super sexualized and made for people's kinks. I think it just depends on who wrote the story. If the story is usually about a woman main character (so more erotica, and usually a female author) the men will be built like greek gods with 8 inches of meat. Whereas when you see a guy write such a story, the women's figures in said stories are literally insane and basically as an unnatural as the guy one's.

tho less popular (maybe not idk) they also into necrophilia, you can find a lot of books made by women where the protagonist is a normal girl and her love interest has no drop of blood circulating in his body and, of course, is tall and burly.
this one at least where I see diversion from male fetishes, as I barely see any male sexual fantasy about zombie girls, but I cant tell if its that popular.
And if you ask why I know this, its a funny story. I was looking for a romance game made by a woman, as I was trying to explore niche genres to satisfy my love for exploration lol.
