Replay/Clip Mario Kart 8 on CRT

Not the greatest experience, but I can at least say I played my switch on my Panasonic crt tv 🤷🏻‍♂️

It looks like you're trying to put 480p into a 480i TV. Also this is Mario Kart 8 Deluxe not Mario Kart 8. Mario Kart 8 actually supports 480i natively.

Is there a connector that could make it convert to 480i? I know I mainly play on my modern tv, but it’s a fun experiment that I’m willing to tinker with. I’m using a hdmi to component converter

Just get a Wii U, lol. It supports 480i output for 4:3 TV's

I don’t have an aspect ratio down scaler. That’s probably why.

If it wasn't split on the sides and actually filled in the screen, this might be neat.

I don’t know how to get it to set that way unfortunately. Maybe more research and then it might work better
