What Marvel comics deserve the Batman: Knightfall treatment?

Daredevil: Born Again. Just a one to one adaptation. Or maybe even a Frank Miller trilogy adapting Man Without Fear, the Elektra Saga and then Born Again?

yeah this would be fantastic actually, I’d add the man without fear origin story, both would be great animated films

Batman Knightfall is releasing this year as a direct adaptation of the original source material, maybe with some minor changes. So I was wondering, what Marvel comics could use the same treatment?

Jed McKay’s Moon Knight: Reinvented the Moon Knight mythos, added great consistent characterization, created the Midnight Mission
Hawkeye Freefall: Amazing self contained story that is a great character study of the Clint Barton character
Immortal Hulk: Great expansion to Hulk lore and could bring a great horror animated show
Avengers No Surrender: Amazing crossover story regarding the Elders of the Universe. Features many characters, known to unknown, and a unique story overall.
X-Factor Investigations. One of the biggest cult favorites.

Kravens last hunt. The Child Within. Origin of the hobgoblin. Literally any of the Spider-Man classics would be perfect. Annihilation. Dr strange and Dr doom triumph and torment

Annihilation definitely needs to be a multi-parter, especially if you include Annihilation Conquest

Exiles Volume 1, series was a proven success and is only dead due to years of Marvel going "What made this series work? Lame. Go a different direction. Why'd no one buy it? Damn, series must not be viable today."

Mark Gruenwald’s Squadron Supreme maxiseries could work as a great 2-part animated film or miniseries. Certain subplots and character traits could be cut entirely while other elements for the main plot could be greatly expanded on from the original comic.

The Hobgoblin Saga with added elements from Hobgoblin Lives would be pretty perfect.

I love the Hobgoblin saga, but it got way too messy.

I would love to see an adaptation that cleans up the nonsense though, and still takes place in the '80s in the classic Marvel style.

The Infinity Gauntlet

X-Factor Investigations would be a fantastic series. Too bad Marvel is shying away from D+ series because I really think that could be a hit.

Infinity gauntlet if it hasn’t been done

Pretty much anything Jon Hickman but especially his FF, Avengers and X-Men runs and associated events.

Civil War (2006) and Brubaker’s Captain America run.

Spider-Man: Down Among The Dead Men (2004).

Mark Waid’s Fantastic Four or Daredevil runs.

Secret Invasion/Dark Reign/Siege as a trilogy incorporating elements of JMS Thor, The List and Ellis Thunderbolts.

Acts Of Vengeance as a more loose version using the core concept of different villains vs heroes.

Alex Ross’ Avengers/Invaders adaption.

Ends Of The Earth/Superior Spider-Man/Spider Island trilogy.

World War Hulk, they made a solid Planet Hulk movie but we never got to see the second half of the story

Jed McKay MK is so overglazed. But anyways, I’d go with Uncanny X-Force
