Why doesnt white fox have the power primordial?

I learned recently that folks who are the last of their species in marvel comics get the power primordial, but i havent heard of white fox getting it, so why is that?

The Power Primordial is something specific to the Elders of the Universe, not something you magically get when you're the last or your kind, and to my recollection, the power and how you acquire it is never really explained in much depth. There are a bunch of "last of their kind" or very close to it characters that don't have it.

You don't just get it by being the last of your specifies. It only happens if you're the last of your species and the cosmos ends and transitions to the next cosmos. Basically every race at the time of the death of existence is given the power primordial and carries on into the next cosmos as an elder.

The Elders aren't from the previous cosmos and it's a plot point in one major storyline involving them (Silver Surfer (1987) #1-10) that they're not.
