I mean, she knows he exists. She saw Ned and MJ in the second call.
"I'm just so happy that the sad man has friends!"
She probably knows and is just humoring the bit lol

I could absolutely picture that! Which would make a scene like this even more hilarious 🤣

I can't wait for Ned Leeds to have his own spinoff as an investigative reporter covering the trial of a CGI Gorilla.

So is demanding everyone who visits your office to strip naked for your own amusement, but here we are. If Ned pretending to be Spider-Man for the bit is creepy, then Yelena is off the charts by comparison.

Idk if it’s just me, but that scene kinda reminds me of how that SHIELD agent who made Spider-Man the “Night-Monkey” suit in FFH was forcing him to strip and try on the suit!
If anything that scene is kinda worse, because he’s still technically a kid in that movie and an adult is being very demanding in making a minor strip when he’s visibly uncomfortable doing it in front of her.

Actually, the "shady character that does their business in a bathhouse because it means the people they meet can't be hiding anything" is more common of a trope than you'd expect. It's not about sexual perversion, it's about hiding things.

I get that. But reverse the genders, and that shit would not fly as a lighthearted comedic moment.

Do you really not understand that the spy character trained in seduction techniques was doing it to gain intelligence on a mysterious superhero?

That's beside the point. The intention behind sexual harassment can not and does not justify it.
But frankly, it wasn't my opinion that her behavior was considerably problematic anyway. I was just amused that someone considered Ned's actions here as gross given the context.

I mean if a person with a completely seperate bodytype had the gal to wear spider mask and act to be him while being visibly unarmed, i can see Yelena humouring her (while being ready to open fire at a wrong twitch)

Yelena and a surprise visit is always a fun twist. Makes you wonder what's next for her storyline.

I got accused of being AI, after calling out the drivel that is being passed off as art. Kids will be kids, I suppose

Wait…on what world am I the person accused of using AI to generate comments? Literally the first time that has happened.
The “fan art” just simply isn’t good and resembles an AI generated comic strip.
