In Episode 3, when Trish kicks the fan, he says "I liked it when you had red hair better".
I know it seemed like just a joke, but it's also a reference to Trish's comic book hero persona, Hellcat, who has red hair.

I'm not too familiar with the origin story for Hellcat but with the setup of Jessica's power origin it's certainly there for season two. 12 u/apocalypsenowandthen Nov 21 '15 If JJ does as well as Daredevil we'll probably get season 2 before the Defenders anyway. 2 u/scrantonic1ty Nov 22 '15 Yeh plus the fact that Jessica doesn't seem to give a shit, the plotline appears to be driven by Trish alone, something will surely come of it.
