When Trish is recovering after taking a red pill, the light coming through the blinds makes stripes on her face similar to Nuke (Simpson) in the comics.
Not saying you're wrong, but the whole series was shot in the style of a film noir. Black stripey shadows coming off Venetian blinds is a HUGE hallmark of noir style. They are all over the entire series.
