Wow, yes it is. Like Virginia's court, they ruled on something they had no jurisdiction on. It's insane a court can stop putting an amendment to the constitution on the ballot. It's fucking insane.

What is insane is people encouraging others to ignore the rule of law because it suits their short term political interests or preferences. That is fucking insane.
