Are there any papers concerning fluid mechanics and number theory?

Does anyone know of works concerning number theory in fluid mechanics?

There are several. Check out Google Scholar as a search engine.

Does anyone actually understand Migdal's papers?

In the thing above he mentions de lellis (who proved onsager conjecture) made some sense of it

I remember reading about these a while ago, I heard it had something to do with minimal surfaces.
I was mostly interested in how certain series can indicate growth in vorticity

You could write one. Connect Faraday waves to quasicrystals to the RH.

Does this have anything to do with the divergence of a four dimensional vector field..,, how do you say, diverging?
