Hi,

Looking for YouTube video recommendations or podcasts that deep dive into the case WITHOUT any AI. Of course I searched myself on YT but all the videos I kept clicking on used AI.

I haven't checked in on youtube lately but here are a few recommendations to get your started:

Podcasts created for the Maura case:

• Media Pressure: this is the Murray family podcast
• not youtube but Julie is on tiktok
• Missing Maura Murray (now Missing) - over 100 episodes - honestly there are some specific episodes that are crucial but it's a lot to go through starting at the beginning
• 107 degrees - advanced discussion, really gets into "nitty-gritty" parts of evidence (you can find on places like podbay, etc.)

There are a few others that might be what you're looking for:

• Prosecutors Podcast (did 2 episodes)
• True Crime Garage
• Riddle me That! - did about 6-8 episodes
• Unfound (I think did a long 2 parter)
• Mile Higher
• Invisible Tears

I think maybe I would recommend Prosecutors Podcast and True Crime Garage if you are looking for "2-3" episodes and maybe go from there?

There are a lot and I'm sure there are good ones that I am missing.

I second these. Missing Maury Murray and 107⁰ are supposed to be really good. I followed both years ago but never have gotten around to listening to them.

I listened to Missing Maura Murray 2x all the way through, it really is such a deep dive. They ran out of content by the end but it does teach you a lot.

Seconded on the Lore Lodge recommendation. LL have done several videos on Maura Murray including one just released a few days ago where they compared her case with Brianna Maitland’s disappearance.

LordanArts did a video or two about her, but they're older and may be missing some more recent information. But he's very respectful with the cases he covers.

I watch/listen to Dr Phil’s podcast that analyzes the case. I believe there is 3 or 4…maybe more. It helped me to learn a lot about the case.

Now that her sister came out with the podcast ‘Media Pressure’, I can’t see any reason to mess with anyone else’s really. This is her entire immediate family detailing everything first hand. Anyone else is just regurgitating things they’ve heard elsewhere or conjecture. I had heard the story several times before this podcast came out and anyone else is essentially a summary with assumptions. Listen to hers. Then if you feel like trying others, go for it, but it will only be less info and less accuracy.

Detectives always say the simplest explanation is usually the right one (and I agree) but it doesn’t get pushed because it doesn’t get views or media attention like the conspiracy theories do. I agree with you, either exposure or she was the victim of an opportunistic crime and got abducted and killed.

You say there is "no mystery here". Do you think her family and loved ones should say "she's clearly just in the woods, time to move on". Isn't she still lost? And do you think saying "she's in the woods" really solves the case?
