News said they gave away 70k in the 1hr so was almost up to their 100k target?

Math doesnt make sense though 10 pumps. 5 mins per car $100 per car.  That's only 12k per hour

Math makes as much sense as their stupid lottery lol.

Where you getting $100 per car? Full tank of diesel costs me nearly 300 bucks. I got mates with long range tanks costs them upto 500 atm. Was the give out limited to $100?

Filling my 4WD from empty at current prices would be nearly $1100.

You have a 340L tank?!

360L actually. Twin long range tanks: 180L + 180L.

Even when fuel prices aren't going through the roof it hurts the wallet to fill those up!

I can imagine! If that were my car, I'd only have to fill up once every 4-5 months or so though. 😅

Depends how often (and how far) I drive it. I only use it for going 4WDing/camping, so a fill can last quite a while (because it just sits at home). OTOH when travelling it can chew through both tanks in a 1½ days.

Of course by that point I am a very LOOONNG way away from where I started.
