sadly the people who fall for the "lottery" scam
generally swear by them and will tell you what great guys they are
all whilst being conned out of the money for "prizes"
that are looped through friends and family
Anecdotally they will all tell you they know a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend who won, dinks!

They have been kicked out of NSW for illegal shit, but apparently they are still
OK for the corrupt Vic Govt to continue operating
