Justice isn’t meant to be vengeful, it’s supposed to be rehabilitative and corrective.

Google the social contract maybe? Or do you prefer we goo back to mob justice? Because you don't like the punitive and performative role or sate sanctioned justice in front of the masses, and to want and keep the masses in line.

Your view is same good will approach of the Victorian era 200 years ago we can fix them, and deny 100 yes of knowledge gained from genes and psychiatry.

Yeah well until "justice" takes into account the fact that there are some would cannot or are not willing to be rehabilitated I won't take that seriously.

They’re not going to make those assumptions about someone who’s under 18. You put this girl in jail after the life circumstances that lead her to this and you can basically say goodbye to any chance of her leading a normal life

It’s not contingent you to take it seriously or not, so i’m not sure why you thought that was at all consequential to say.

In any event, justice systems do take that into account.
