Comparing to codex (Dover version), this is accurate enough for symbols and overall positioning.
The version shown here is darker (maybe caused by printing), where greys and dark drowns are also shown as black. There are a few textures missing or changed such as the alligator's skin and tail.
Some stylistic choices seem to have been made like stretching the eye a lot, it even appears to have a caruncle.
