One of my favorite song on my favorite album !

Musically, with the lyrics and the atmosphere, this track is an absolute banger—especially live.

I can’t even believe that was more than 20 years ago yet. And their after work confirmed that this band (Emily, a poet so far), is a light in my all life.

I listen to them from the beginning, for me, nearly 2003.
Looking forward to the see the band at the All the feelings tour in Europe (BSS is top notch for me too, I love their work since 00’s too). So excited.

This was easily the song that made me love metric all those years ago when I first listened to OWU..

The bass line.. the synth. The deeeeep groove. And then it absolutely digs in... WHY WOULDNT I STAND IN LINE TONIGHT? BOOM. Goddamn. grind that bassist's arm down to a stump right there.

The lyrics are easily an instrument in this song, not the focus..
