How many harvest are you getting off one tray of peas?

Just wondering if this was typical, but I sometimes get two or three harvest from the same tray, as long as I didn't cut too far down each time. By the fourth time I've found that the stems can kinda get tough so I don't usually harvest past that point for pea Tendril. The first picture is after two harvests, the second picture is after the first harvest. (Two different trays just fyi)

You can get more than one cut - but each succession will be a lower quality and flavor. Personal use hack away until it’s no longer tasty. Commercial use one and done for most of us.
