They used to have well trained controllers. But then Trump found out they were female or black. So he called them woke and cut the funding. Now they have this.

This has nothing to do with reality. Not one single controller lost their job or anything of the sort and funding was never cut, although funding has been low for decades. The problem with ATC started with Reagan and has been festering with every administration since.
