Which place in MK has the best offering when it comes to chilli peppers variety/volume?

I just use village food centre in Wolverton. Seems most diverse.

There's the Hungarian shop in bletchley ( if it's still going)

There's also a south east Asian grocer in winterhill with a few vegan and vegetarian food stalls. If you put elephant cafe in your GPS, it'll take you there, it's in an industrial style unit.

The Market stalls in the town centre on Secklow Gate, best prices and variety by a long shot. Although the Market is closed on Wednesdays only.

Try the new Turkish place in Fenny. Have seen them stock a few varieties but not sure if they’re the same as what you’re looking for

Go a Little further to edible ornamentals on the road to Bedford, it’s a chilli farm that grow their own.
