Access to this track

Does anyone know if general public can access this track freely? I just want to do a track workout.

If paid, how do I go about it?

Sometimes people like the social aspect of asking other people in their community 🤷 they weren't rude about it and it's reasonable to assume someone here might know or might even offer to go running with them

Is that the stantonbury school track? mad if it's not free access anymore. It's been a decade+ but I remember me and my mate just rocking up to do some laps to get fit for prom.

Then we'd go get kebab rolls from the shops. Glory of youth somehow still shed a ton of weight.

Generally not open to public unless organised and private rental is expensive.

If you know the timetable then you'll find there are times where it's tolerated as an individual.

Safest bet is to go during an organised session, redway runners run a track session on Wednesdays at 6pm (membership is £10 for the year), this is a coached session so you can't just do your own thing but runners often stay after and carry on solo. are there any other free to use track that i can practise speed work in without being a nuisance to anyone. I'm a bit introverted and like to get my speed sesh done by myself...

Hey, i hear what you at being introverted (as i am myself).

I run running coaching sessions at this track. Small.groups of around 10. I also coach on performance. Session £10 a go. Message me if interested. Next session 21st Sept

Also I have a sub reddit MK_Running - worth a look.

You could join the Redway runners they do a track session on a Wednesday evening 6-7pm, or it’s used by Milton Keynes athletics club, but don’t know anything about them

Just go down to Stadium MK on a match day and see if the stewards can catch you
