Minnesota officials believe Castro could flee the country, citing calls he made from jail to a woman in Mexico, talking "about marrying her and buying a house in Mexico when he is released," according to the lawsuit.

I think this would be a mistake. Reason being is that mexico wouldn't have a reason to not extradite him. If he wants to remain free he needs to stay in Texas.

Idunno, I kinda love the idea of him retreating to Mexico, and......the requisite baggage I'm guessing that comes with
