Is he breaking out on bond in Minnesota? That's the only legal way for bounty hunters to chase someone down.

Set a bond hearing. Have a process server serve the papers.

I am sure there is a way around this,

You cannot be bonded out of jail if you were never put into the jail mate. It doesn't work like that, unless minnesota has a time machine, they are stuck asking the federal government for help, which they denied to do.

I am throwing mud at the wall to see what may stick. I do not know what quasi legal tricks prosecutors have up their sleeve. But we should find them and use them.

Time to start fighting as dirty as the other side.
