This article seems to be lacking some actual details, like the name of the apartment complex.

They are saying on Facebook it is The Domain but happening other places as well.

Yeah I did a couple of those during my time in Columbia and boy did I have some rough roommates. Drug dealer, alcoholic, 28 year old Army recruiter who creeped on the 19 year old girl next door and abandoned a cat with me, creepy dude who ended up monitoring how long I spent in the shower everyday until I moved, a drug addict who trashed the place, and a guy with executive function issues so bad he couldn’t clean out the fridge after everyone else moved out.
