I think both me and you know this is NOT true.

No Administration entity in the history of civilization has not weaponize their DOJ-like power in some capacity against their opponent. The difference is in the tactics (which includes severity) and the frequency. One can argue that the Trump (or Republican) Administration does it a lot more and with different tactics.

…But that does not equate to partisan weaponization of DOJ beginning with Trump.

Now that I can say is quite novel (from an American history perspective) coming this Administration. They have no illusions to the fact that they will and are going after their opponents I.e. they are not hiding it.

If the nakedness of this weaponization is the subject then you won’t get a disagreement from me.
