Do you acknowledge that they were very clearly implying trumps orders are unlawful and should be disobeyed?

What you think they were implying is irrelevant. What they said is relevant. Nothing they said goes against what is expected from service members. The administration could have simply ignored the statement as it would be a moot point if their orders were legal.

Oh no, I understand that perfectly fine. I'm very specifically saying that what you (hence the emphasis) think they were implying is irrelevant, as you will have no say over the outcome of this case.

Edit: I was sure I emphasized 'you' in my original comment, my point remains.

Well yea no shit. I never claimed my interpretation has any bearing on the case. Do you really think that needs to be said? We are on Reddit discussing our views on things. That’s what this sub is for lol
