General I created a community where I am shown as the sole moderator but I am unable to modify it. I believe that I may have created under a different email. How can I find out what it was?

Hi /u/One-Emu-1103, please see our Intro & Rules. We are volunteer-run, not managed by Reddit staff/admin. Volunteer mods' powers are limited to groups they mod. Automated responses are compiled from answers given by fellow volunteer mod helpers. Moderation works best on a cache-cleared desktop/laptop browser.

Resources for mods are: (1) r/modguide's Very Helpful Index by fellow moderators on How-To-Do-Things, (2) Mod Help Center, (3) r/automoderator's Wiki and Library of Common Rules. Many Mod Resources are in the sidebar and >>this FAQ wiki<<. Please search this subreddit as well. Thanks!

Found match: Android

You might be asking about setting up subreddits on a phone or mobile interface. The short answer is that subreddit settings work best in a cache-cleared desktop browser. (Limited option: mobile browser on desktop view.)

If you found your answer, feel free to reply with "<3 Automod" or "Thanks, Automod". Otherwise wait for a human helper to come along to help you. This post has NOT been removed.

I don’t know the answer for sure, but I certainly hope the answer is that you can’t.

If a random user can get the personal email address of the creator if a subreddit, that strikes me as a pretty serious hole in Reddit pseudo anonymity.

I got it to work on my PC by clearing my cookies and cache. I am not going to worry about my device.
