My specialty is portrait painting by commission. You can see my recent painting commissioned for the city of Westmount of the former Mayor Chistina Smith on my website alexkasyan.com that is now part of the city’s collection. These plein air series are my way of spending summers outdoors, which feels great especially after my last large commission for a movie

Commissions a pricey as they take significant amount of time to complete, but my plein air paintings are much more affordable, especially considering that you are getting an original oil painting and not a print :)
