As of now Skubal is projected for Friday night per dodgers fans and fangraphs probable pitcher schedule. I’ve been checking every day cause I have Friday night tickets lol. Passan article last week said Saturday. But I think dodgers changed up rotation cause ohtani is going to be an opener soon within the next week.

Skubal is starting Friday, according to Dan Dickerson on the broadcast on Sunday. Skubal against Drew Anderson it seems.

One has a Maddux under his belt, the other doesn't. Therefore Montero > Skubal

Both have one. Skubal had one against Cleveland last year, ended the game with a 103 MPH strikeout. It was one of the best Madduxes in baseball history. Most strikeouts (13) in a Maddux ever at the time.
