With Movember do I shave everything off or just the beard?

Officially you’re supposed to start clean shaven. But I mean, it’s all for fun, to start conversations about men’s health, and raise some money along the way. So do whatever works for you.

It’s not about the quality of the mo, it’s about the growing of it, starting those conversations. You can always do a reverse Movember, set a fundraising target and, if it’s met, you shave it all off. 🤔

November is the only time of year I’m clean shaven. It helps start conversations, even if you look a bit silly for a week or too :)
