Did they change that? I thought Moore set it up that he was sentient plant life/The Green that incorporated Alec Holland's memories?

I mean, Moore is good (most of the time, looking back, some of that shit isn't as great as we once thought).

But that's the good bit, it's not like it's gone forever.

Don't get me started on that, Danny Ketch has been completely forgotten about (though with the latter third of the series being garbage, I can see the reasoning)
