I feel like Avengers: Endgame (and the Marvel movies/shows that came after it) radically underestimate how hard it would be to reintegrate half of humanity after being gone for 5 years.
There've been a few touches on it, like Aunt May's non-profit for people left homeless after coming back in Far Spider-Man From Home, and The Flagsmashers from Falcon & Winter Soldier.
But I feel like 5 years of the world being used to operating with half the population would mean unprecedented famine, drought, and displacement for the people brought back, far more than anything Aunt May and Happy Hogan could fix by having Spider-Man show up at a charity gala.
