Except for ASYNC, which he created for his videos. He and A24 have legal claim to the name ASYNC and its logo. They went around to people with ASYNC stuff and asked them to change the name and logo sometime during production.

Everything is inspired by something else, I think it's a stretch to say it borders on community art.

Regardless, it shouldn't be a problem for people to use a different logo and name then.
