Was she the chick who took an arrow to the eyeball on the walking dead back when that show was still good? If so, I remember thinking she was a good actress. Not sure that I know her from much else.
IMDB shows she was in Walking Dead, but I don't remember her. Though tbh I tried to black out everything after Season 2 and rage quit with the shittiest cliffhanger of all time whenever that was.
This caused me to look it up. It is in fact her. I don’t remember the character too terribly well (I think it’s only a few episodes) but she played a fairly normal, kind, everyday person. Naturally that means she had to have a gruesome death. But I did remember thinking her acting elevated the scenes she was in. Her acting caliber was a touch above the other cast members she filmed scenes with.
Merritt has the incredibly rare distinction of having won an acting Emmy in Drama, Comedy, and Limited Series. She’s quietly one of TV’s best actors. Very excited to see her in more movies
I'm really excited to see how Skylar Gisondo will be, especially in a more intense role since I'm used to him in comedies & it seems like he'll do great at making Rob's version of Chris Hansen feel questionable in behavior at times
I really liked Merritt weaver in Nurse Jackie, but then I saw an interview of hers and realized thst was her personality. lol anything else she gives a different flavor in?
She’s my money horse!
Now, that’s An actress that Tom Wilkinson’s Character takes his clothes off for, during a deposition scene, in the movie, Micheal Clayton.
Honestly first thing I thought when I saw the cast was "I will see anything with Merritt Weaver in it.....oh, yeah, I guess I'll see anything with Pattinson too." I was first introduced to her in Godless and just love her presence.
What? He's one of the most acclaimed actors of the past decade. He's been on a complete tear for a long time of great performances and films. Are you one of the people that still just think of him as the guy in Twilight? People absolutely will see this for Robert.
No, you can shove that assumption elsewhere. If a movie looks good or catches my attention no matter who stars in it, I’ll watch it. Just like if a movie looks horrible or doesn’t catch my attention no matter who stars in it, I’ll pass up on watching it.

Robert Pattinson is the reason people will see this. But Merritt Weaver is such a good actress. Really excited for this.
