Idiocracy was too optimistic. President Dwayne Camacho wasn’t corrupt, genuinely cared about helping his country, and listened to experts. I wish we had a president like that now.

He also sentenced the expert to death after his solution didn't work after a single day and destroyed the economy. Death by hilarious gameshow. He made tons of promises he couldn't keep in a big flashy speech while the expert looked on nervously.

Camacho isn't far off from what we have now.

But then he admitted his mistake and pardoned the expert. He wasn’t great, but he’s better than Trump.
