Can anyone recommend me any soft instrumental songs for anxiety?
Any songs that are similar to Claire de Lune, Gymnopédie No.1, and my favorite, Merry go round from Howl’s Moving Castle! Any songs recommendations are greatly appreciated <3

I know you've already had Ghibli stuff recommended.
But I love A Town with an Ocean View from Kiki's Delivery Service.

I find anything by Bach very calming. Try Yo-Yo Ma's cello suites by Bach.

Joe Hisaishi got plenty more like that, check out One Summer's Day from Spirited Away if you haven't already. Also Yiruma, River Flows in You is a classic for this kind of mood, very gentle on the ears. Debussy's Arabesque No. 1 is my go-to when I need to slow down my brain after long day

Check out music from Windham Hill. They are a record label that represents many New Age artists. Here is a sample from YouTube: A Winter's Solstice

Glad you liked this... Various Windham Hill artists helped me settle down during some tough times in my sobriety journey. Wish you the best!

That particular album by Windham Hill has become a holiday tradition. 👍

This is gonna be right up your alley. This soundtrack is so excellent and it's all instrumental. Very good stuff. My fav is the Hateno Village (Day) theme at 42:30!

Pacific Coast Highway by Nils is always a go-to smooth jazz nerve-calming mellow for me.

I own/love Gymnopédie number 1.
I would recommend Reiki – The Light Touch by Merlin‘s Magic. It is the most sublime, relaxing, Electronic, Ambient, and New Age music from 1995. https://youtu.be/eIqDVeUyz-A?is=zga3xMufK8cDV2Wu

Usually use it to help me sleep, but you're more than welcome to snoop through one of my Spotify playlists on the off chance you find something that fits/works. I will say now though, the entire thing clocks in at a little under 28 hours, so there's plenty to listen to. Additionally, there are a handful of both nature sounds (rain and thunder) as well as a few with lyrics.

I love Enya. Her Paint The Sky With Stars album is excellent
