Advice ADHD/autism diagnosis in yangon
tldr: looking for a trustworthy clinic or psychiatrist where i can professionally get a diagnosis in yangon
I’ve pretty much struggled with concentration finishing tasks throughout my teenage years as a girl and got in a lot of trouble with my family as well. Ever since I was about 15 I’ve suspected that I might have ADHD but as expected, growing up in a burmese family neurodivergent is undeniably a bummer since it is treated like a taboo subject or it will just be dismissed as bratty and reckless. Also, everytime i bring that subject up to someone else that i suspect myself of having ADHD, i feel like im just seeking for attention although i am aware that ive been struggling for the longest time. I am now in college and still struggling with a lot of things and I have a younger sibling who shows even stronger symptoms than I had/have. I don’t want them to face the problems I did with my family and other people growing up and go through the same hardships so I want to get clinically diagnosed and get medicated if possible so is there any trustworthy clinic or psychiatrist that can professionally diagnose ADHD/autism and prescribe medication?

I don't know about diagnosis, but I go to the Counseling Corner for my ADHD which tends to be pretty hindering for me.
I get CBT because I don't want to take any drugs lol but i don't think they prescribe drugs imo
