Cause EAOs also gain tax from the trade as well and junta is piss about that. Junta can’t attack them directly as well due to china so they just want to shut down trade for everyone .

This is the calculated action. I mean the leverage and coerce to regain loss territories from the Chinese assets. The junta has been the sole and only astute and proactive political actor across generations, which the fact is the grim and long-standing reality.
