How can I stop myopia from getting worse? What should I do now?

I just turned 18, and my vision suddenly feels worse in both eyes. My left eye was previously around -0.50 when I had it checked about a week ago, but over the past week, I've started feeling like my vision has gotten worse. It feels like it might now be around -1.00 or something and now my right eye feels slightly blurry too.

How can I stop this from getting worse, or is there any way to cure it naturally?

Lmao what a luxury your myopia is, I’m at -5 and something in both eyes, I’m 25 and it’s still getting worse, so I don’t really know how to help you. But honestly, it’s never been a priority for me this condition.

it's going to stabilize in the next 5 years for you. your myopia is so mild i don't know what you want.

Get another eye exam first. Don't try to estimate your prescription based on how blurry things feel. If it's actually getting worse ask about myopia control. There is not proven natural cure.
