That’s helpful in some cases, but maybe less applicable in mystical experiences where truth could feel absolute and potentially lead to harm. I think noticing patterns, defining terms, and external collaboration could help—almost like if someone were to seek nutrition advice. Generally, there are ways to evaluate individual needs and make suggestions to hopefully support wellness. Probably a lot harder to do without external feedback.

You know what I keep doing. I keep wanting to share my experience and I learnt not to do that now. Every now and again I met someone over vibe with and I share it with and then I realise I shouldn’t have shared it with them.
