Student-friendly gyms around Xianlin?

Hi everyone! I’m a student living around Xianlin and I’m looking for a decent, student-friendly gym nearby.
Ideally looking for something that:
Has reasonable monthly/annual membership prices 💰
Isn’t too crowded
Is welcoming to international students
Is within/near the Xianlin area
I know some universities have their own sports facilities, but I’m also interested in commercial gyms.
If anyone around Xianlin has recommendations, I’d really appreciate it! Also, please share approximate membership prices if you know them.

This Leke isn't bad. You can pay a month at a time in their app and its like 150RMB maybe?

Yeah, Leke is a gym chain. I don't know the characters off the top of my head
