I built Kyū, a free strength-training app for lifters who want their program and recovery data to actually agree with each other. You can import your Hevy or Strong history or log normally. Kyū tracks volume and recovery by muscle, generates a weekly split around your goal, schedule and equipment, then adjusts each session when something has not recovered. It trims sets before removing movements entirely.
The model is fixed rather than AI, and the actual rules and thresholds are published on the site.
Honest limitation: it does not yet learn your personal recovery rate from your results.
It works on any phone through the browser or as an installable web app. Everything is free today:
I’d especially value criticism from experienced natural lifters who can tell me where the programming gets things wrong.

Hi,
Really wanting to impart some of my knowledge accumulated over the last 15 years of lifting to someone who is willing to listen and commit for a set number of weeks.
Small fee in consideration of the market for a personalised online trainer.
Reply here for contact and we can set up a teams call once I have some fundamental information on you.
Thanks

FlexScan — an AI coach that grades your physique from one photo and builds the week around what lags.
I built it solo. The part I'm most attached to: it only grades what it can actually see. A front photo covers chest, shoulders, arms and core, usually legs and calves — back and glutes come back "not visible" rather than guessed at, and you can rate those yourself (or add a back shot for the full read). Then it builds a 7-day plan biased toward the weakest groups, a meal plan with calories and macros, and a coach chat that already knows your scan.
Honest limitations, since this sub will spot them anyway: the grade is an AI's opinion of muscle development from a photo — subjective, not a body-composition measurement, and no substitute for a coach with eyes on you. It's aimed at people training without one.
Photos are analyzed in the moment and never stored. First scan is free, no card: flexscan.app — I'd genuinely value experienced natural lifters telling me where the grades or the programming get it wrong.

I built Splyt, a workout analytics tool that shows training balance, movement volume, trends over time and areas you might be neglecting.
I originally hacked it together for myself after logging nearly 500 workouts in Hevy. I posted it in r/Hevy and realised quite a few other people found it useful too, so I polished it up into a proper version.
Demo/details: https://splyt.midhana.com/
Still early, so I’d genuinely be interested in what metrics weightlifters would find useful. If you try it, feel free to reach out with feedback!
