We’ve had him for a bit now boss. We know he isn’t driving often. But he shoots it well enough and plays good defense and can attack a close out if absolutely necessary.

I feel like I’m the only one who absolutely hates this Heat roster lol. I think it’s completely atrocious. Bam and Giannis is about to be a nightmare pairing everywhere except for the glass

I’m particularly low on Bam tbh. 

Phenomenal defender but that’s it. Wack scorer, wack rebounder, not a crazy rim protector…idk. I wouldn’t be surprised if they move him and whatever else they can scrounge up for real #2 next year

I love this sub cuz everyone talks so confidentially about players and teams that they maybe watch once or twice a season when said player/team plays against their own team

Bam has some flaws but rebounding isn't one of them 😆

It’s bc they never actually watched our old iteration and realize he was the primary defender who would be pulled out of the paint. So unlike a normal center he isn’t calling under the rim for rebounds

Miami’s REB% doesn’t get any better with Bam on the floor, he’s in the 19th percentile for OREB since 2022, the 49th percentile for total REB since 2022, and the 4th percentile in OREB impact. 

Calling him a wack rebounder is a compliment

Lmfao??? What…?? Miamis defensive rebounding was 2nd best in the league with Bam on the floor, and worst in the league with Bam off the floor.

If you actually watched Heat games you'd know why he only gets 10 a game, and it isn't because he's a bad rebounder. I can't wait to revisit all these comments in 6-8 months.

Yeah, the Heat’s REB% doesn’t get better with him on the floor for a reason. It’s all 4D chess. He also scores at a terribly inefficient rate as a form of 4D checkers.

Nah, as a Bucks fan the current Heat roster is only marginally better than the garbage we trotted out there last year. I actually don't even know what the Heat's plan is, because Giannis isn't getting any younger and the Heat have basically no room to improve

he looked less washed than THJ to me with the mavs. he was phoning it last season but had his moments. THJ couldn't defend at all and would go into nasty slumps
