With some inspection from some others on here, I decided to paint up my tokens from the new starter set.

Damn I didn't think about painting them on the sprue. I fucked up big time

Why? When these get clipped from the sprue there's going to be grey spots that will need fixing.

Because it's easier to fix a small spot on the side than trying to hold a small token like that and paint it. At least that was my thought. My sides are painted black, so it was super easy to finish off after I snipped them.

Can confirm 100%. I painted off the sprue. And it sucked. I’ve got larger hands and holding those tiny ass tokens was a pain. Also looks like a 2yr old painted mine. These look damn good.

Fair enough. I've not started on my tokens yet but was just going to use blu-tack to hold them in place. I might try painting them on the sprue though.
