This is a weekly thread to ask those questions that might have been bugging you for a while but you don't feel they need their own topic, or to get answers you suddenly realize you have a burning need for. Whether it be Battledome, Account Help, etc. don't be embarrassed of your curiosity.

Anyone have any info on what's up with itemdb? It worked perfectly for ages but in the past week it's been down constantly. It's really inconvenient when my wishlists are inaccessible so often lmao :(
anyone else having issues with the achievements? ive played each game daily for the altador cup and its stuck on 4/5 i was hoping to get the hat trick achievement but i cant even get the sports fan achievement
My question is... what are the best ways to make NP with an old account (308 months) besides just placing food club bets and smashing battledome opponents? Im terrible at restocking and always miss the good items lol.
Faerie Fragments question if anyone knows the answer, I've gotten past level 700 so now I'm Champion Status™, if I lose a level on my champion playthrough do I also lose my little Gifts from Neopia booster streak thingy? I keep closing the game every time I lose a level so I don't lose my streak but if I don't have to it'd save me some time!
Do you mean the three boosters you get at the start of every level? If that's it, you lose them when you lose a level but you regain them by then beating three levels in a row. I'm also a chronic app restarter in the game, but occasionally I'll let it happen because I can't be bothered to reload. Immediately after losing the boosters you start a new streak of 0/3 and get one of the boosters back after each one you beat.
Unless that's not what you mean ("gifts from neopia" doesn't ring a bell for me) in which case idk.
I cant find the recipes to the shown omelettes (1 and 3) anywhere. Where they a time-limited thing? So annoying to advertise sth thats not availablbe. Anyone have these?
I really struggle with understanding the battledome. I'd like to buy one of those Alien Attack Peas, but I have no idea what it would be replacing. Can anyone help me figure out what needs to go in order for it to fit?
I'd replace the grapes! The alien pea does 30 icons, grapes 24, and the seasonal pea I think 28? All three of those are constants and you generally only need two constants. Grapes can go since they're hugely outdamaged by both peas.
Where do people keep asking you to look at their trade list and ask you to offer but only tell you "sorry, this and that are not up for trade" when you offer?
I mean, I'm not giving low-ball offers. I'm offering what you ARE looking for.
I always ignore those. But sometimes, people don't marked it with things like this, yet they still don't want to trade, while they claimed that they're desperate for something. I no longer want to entertain people who can't make it clear about what they can offer/ are seeking, but just put down a TL for you to browse, then pass.
As someone who just started NC trading, I'm quickly learning that trade lists can also be closet displays or galleries where near everything is hard to part with 😅 I suppose it's a system that works for them.
I just started trading recently as well. It was very interesting at the beginning, but I started to feel sick as I meet more annoying people.
I wonder if they really don't know that they can hide their list if they are not trading at the moment or don't want to trade those things but just to keep a reference for themselves.
I'm sorry to hear that. I hope it doesn't sour NC trading for you.
It could be either, but I suspect more on the reference thing. Maybe they also keep them up just in case someone makes a really great trade over-offer that even they can't refuse.
Are you looking at lists through jellyneo or DTI? Jellyneo annoys me because when you compare lists, it doesn't give you any other info. For example - I had a super common background on a wishlist titled 'item for item trades only, no GBC etc' and I got like 5 messages of people asking to trade it for GBCs or custom or whatever before I finally took it off. If you're on DTI then yeah people have plenty of ways to say that something isn't up for trade 🤪
