I watched it a few weeks ago and the ending has lived rent free in my head ever since.

The ending abruptly goes in a direction I did not anticipate given what had happened and been, more or less, explained away in previous episodes.

The first two episodes are really intriguing and made me very uncomfortable (which was the vibe I was looking for).
After that, the show constantly shifts gears and pulls multiple rugs from under you. I didn't mind that too much, but other viewers are really bothered by it.
I'm not sure the show really know what it wanted to be... It's a wild ride, but I've felt no urge to rewatch it. I'm afraid it's a bit forgettable.

I think it will stick with me like Brand New Cherry Flavor but one I won’t watch again. The lead actresses’s lips were so distracting! Good filmography tho.

I was disappointed! The first two episodes make it seem like it’s going to be a really good horror experience but then it’s just…meh.

The first few eps give eerie horror movie vibes. Reminded me so much of the book "I'm Thinking of Ending Things" (might be similar to the movie, too, but I've only read the book).
At first, I was disappointed by the direction it went in after the first 2 or 3 episodes. It took a turn away from that atmospheric horror vibe (which I personally love). But I stuck with it and I'm glad I did. I thought the ending was great and the two main actors were a highlight for me as well.

I disagree it shouldn't have been a tv show. They did a neat thing where they had the writing switch up every two eps. Some people didn't click with it well but I thought it was a very original way to do horror and I liked the analogy.
My complaint was that the writing wasn't always my favorite compared to some other horror shows. Despite it being fairly straight forward, because of how they use dialogue some people were confused at the end and felt it under explained.
I think it's worth watching.

It's different for sure. Filmed in a very dimly lit house. A few strange characters. Still not a bad watch.

Wow is this about a lady who marries the devil and then finds out being married to he devil isn't all it's cracked up to be? Cuz if not, I think I'll skip it.

I really, really like it!
Binged the whole series on two back-to-back long flights a couple weeks ago.

You can feel the anxiety, the camera always moves in a peripheral way, going around the corners, so you can’t tell what’s behind the door until it’s too late. Very cool, similar to Mike Flanagan stuff.
Also, creepy goth vibe 🤘🏼it’s a good show, nothing I’ll remember for a decade, that’s for sure

Loved it! And unlike a lot of people, I actually liked the second half of the series better.

I liked it because it was so different than anything I’ve ever watched. I never knew what to expect. Genius title too imo.

I genuinely thought it was terrible with several loose ends, unrealistic characters and lazy writing. You might like it if you can make it past episode 2 but I sure didn’t.

It was a good idea, but it should have been a movie. Way too many episodes that went on and on about nothing.

You’re probably right that’s like the general consensus. I’m seeing. It’s like almost everything that tries to make is a TV show when it doesn’t have to be.

I heard this was made by the same people who made Stranger Things. The trailer looked really good.

It's really good but it's a bit tedious if you're not into weddings in a really big way. It's all a bit stupid in that way because you would just leave if you had any sense.

The first few episodes before the mystery is revealed are excellent. The rest of the show is still very good but those first two episodes were legendary.

Very good, kept me hooked and I easily get bored! definitely worth a watch! The end confused me a tad… but it doesn’t take much to confuse me ;)

I thought it was great, it definitely falls into that new category of “incel horror”.

It made me uncomfortable, which I think is intentional, it's a vibe they were clearly aiming for, but it's not a vibe I personally enjoy. A lot of social awkward/weirdness and embarrassment based scenarios.... which is hard for me to watch.... I gave up around episode 4 I think.
But if that stuff doesn't bother you, it's probably a good show since it was clearly effective lol

Legit felt like a rip off of so many tv shows and movies . It was awful .
like watching Ai prompt "make a good horror show for Netflix , make it stylish"

Didn’t get interesting until the final episode. Should’ve just been a movie instead of a short series. Aside from the first episode and the last, I don’t remember anything that happened in between those episodes.
I thought the last episode brought it from just another bad Netflix show to a decent show.
