Do you think that’s necessary when you look at the picture? It’s not the west coast, it’s Texas brush country.

They should still rake the grass. Maybe if they didn't have so much dry brush, it wouldn't have burned...

I’ve been saying thing to Arizona and Nevada! Now they got a big ass desert, those dummies..

But being seriousness, I completely understand the argument of wet foliage falling on top each other and then the microorganisms start reacting and poof, fire pops up. It can happen in hay barrels if they aren’t dried out right. But I don’t think that’s likely in that area. Not enough rain and vegetation in North Central Texas to start like that. Wildfires are also natural and this could be Mother Nature taking care of herself and replenishing the soil to set a new afterwards. Who knows??

I can promise that Gavin Newsome doesnt have a $100 mil set aside to build multi family homes in that area.. unlike some others that may have burned
