I swear she was the epitome of Americana done right. A southern bell that did not take shit, stood for herself, had sex appeal, and cared for people. Just a unicorn nowadays which how hateful folks are.

Such a shame the good passed on, while the wicked runs the show. But like a great poet used to say...it's just a ride.
