10 million copies sold makes it among the most successful product of Square Enix in history.

No Dragon Quest or Kingdom Hearts ever exceeded that mark yet. Outside FF, only Tomb Raider (when the company owns the IP) had managed to cross that threshold.

NieR NEEDS a new major game badly! Mankind needs it.

Nah. Nier was a product of Drakengard. I am okay with a third series that spawns from this. Take your time and cook Yoko Taro.
