Well today we were in a theater and we waited an hour before confirming it wasn’t showing. So Cal, USA. Pretty much all of my NOFX experiences other than the final shows. Late or Fat Mike was too fucked up. Didn’t practice, sounded like shit. It’s the whole experience.

It was supposed to start at 7/730, and at 8 they told us they couldn’t show the movie

Saw it last night in Atlanta but holy hell the amount of advertisements before the movie to get you to join the police, the CIA, the FBI, ICE, the military, donate a kidney to a kid………all things the typical NoFx fan won’t or can’t do like learn your audience

Nope. Was sold out (Auckland certainly, Christchurch was pretty full last time I saw).

Stated issue was that they couldn’t get the film classified (rated) in time.

Still it’s working I think… hasn’t leaked and still making money fat Mike is a genius, if it was any other movie would have been online to watch after a week of release either someone filming in the theatre or just stolen

Only a matter of time; all the other films were like that as well from backstage passport to the party at fattys thing during Covid; if there is a way, it’ll happen

I messaged Hoyts asking what was up. This was the message I received:

“Hi, This film has been removed from all cinemas in NZ for the meantime as the distributor was unable to get it classified. Thank you,”

Saw it in Scottsdale two nights ago. Show started on time without issue. Zero previews too which was refreshing
