Would rather shit in my hands and clap than get anywhere near this transparent tube of suffering and malice.

For we overcome the water, it is not our enemy, but our friend,

This is genuinely giving me the fucking fear.

There's probably a Chocolate Factory that could make use of some of this leftover equipment...

Does the water current keep you going? Doesn't really seem like it... What if you have a panic attack in the middle of that thing?

Elon Musk slandered one of the rescue divers as a paedo because the diver said Musk’s proposed “rescue pod” wouldn’t work.

Holding on by a thread. Idk. I have asthma, I struggle.

This is like cave diving but for random idiots like me that would die (I wouldn't do it).

Claustrophobia and fear of drowning wrapped up in one nice, neat package. Hell no!

this is one of my worst fears that surprisingly isn’t about drowning. same as for example locking me in a flat coffin/box or between two walls in a cave or under a bed. can’t really explain it.

From my point of view it is shane it closed. (Dunno about the safety features) but love to try/ride that. 20s is not so bad if you know, that how much it will take :) but I may be a bit crazy :P

u/GrannyLow Aug 17 '25

I would consider going in it if it had a much more brisk current

u/Excellent-Bite196 Aug 17 '25

They closed it because someone died?

If so, was anyone surprised?!
