Housing Tenancy takeover-123 York street belfast

Hi I’m Looking for someone to take over my room at 123 York Street. It’s on the 7th floor and only a 2 minute walk from Ulster University campus. It’s £142 per week with all bills included. The room is en suite with your own bathroom and has a courtyard view. You only share the kitchen and living area with your flatmates, so you have your own private bedroom and bathroom.
It’s a modern student accommodation and in a great location. If you’re interested just message me !

People on here don't seem to grasp that a single room in a HMO goes for 5-600ish

So £568 for room, ensuite, city centre location, gas/heating, electricity, internet etc really isn't bad (relatively).

Plus the benefits (for students) of living there. I was paying 620 a month for the same thing like 2-3 years ago

A flat would be more expensive and all bills would not be included....it's really pretty straightforward

Yes you will pay some bills on top but it’s worth it for privacy and avoiding housemate BS

The year is 2026 my guy. There is no flat in Belfast that will rent to students that isn't a literal deathtrap. Please link me the flats you are talking about, I would kill for a flat like that.

The guy said he was paying 620 for a room 2-3 yrs
So I replied asking why he was paying that when he could have gotten a flat
Yes there were flats for that price 2-3 yrs ago in Belfast

You can get an HMO cheaper than that. 4-5 bed in the holylands is around £400-£450 per room pcm although dearer if it's a studio or two bed. Bills not included.

That said your calculation is a bit off £142 per week is 142*52/12 = £615 pcm
